(1) Strictly by Post Only !
(2) Full payment MUST be made before delivery.
(3) Delivery Only by normal postage (unless specify).
(4) For Normal Mail, kindly add-on RM.xx on-top of the stated amount.
(5) For Registered Mail, kindly add-on additional RM15 (or otherwise specify) on-top of the
stated amount and normal postage.

For " Medium / Large " Items Only:-
(1) For Self-Collection - Only at Skudai or Tmn Universiti Area (time to be confirmed by Seller).
(2) For Requesting of Meeting Location - 10% deposit is required before meet-up.

* Any cancellation of appointment / rejection of goods upon meet-up, deposit willl be forfeited.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard order processing time is 2 to 3 business days for all items that are in stock.
Processing times are not calculated into the estimated delivery times.


Multiple orders and clearance stock items offer must allow up to 3 to 5 additional processing days.

Noted that this is second-hand item, so that we need 2-3 days time after full payment to re-process the item for cleaning/washing and service so that you will be satisfied with the item upon received.


Delivery time depends on your exact location and are impossible to guarantee.
Typically delivery to major cities is approximately 3-4 days.
you live in a remote location this may be longer.
Delivery times do not consider any possible delay or problem with your customs process- which are completely outside of our control.

At present we can only deliver on a Thursday and Saturday.

If you have not received your order and it is after the expected date of arrival (by a couple of days to allow for postal delays), then please informed us so that we can look into this for you.

A ‘working day’ is any day which is not a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday in the Malaysia region.

If you ordered in enough time, but your order did not arrive on time, please accept our apologies.

If this item was a gift for a friend or family member, then please pass on our sincere apologies to them on our behalf.

Cancellation of Order by us

We reserve the right to cancel the order and return the money if one or more of the goods you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or because of an error in our website.
If we do cancel your order in such circumstances, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account 15 days of your order.
We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Prices Quoted

Whenever we quote you a Price, that Price is in Ringgit Malaysia.
The prices stated for such products and services are subject to change without notice.
The products offered or referred to on this Site are subject to:
  1. The availability of the products.
  2. The price depends on the brand and model.
  3. The price largely depends on supplier and exchange rate which affect the percentage of the selling price.
  4. Since many of the items we offer are imported from Singapore/ Europe and/or other parts of the world, pricing may fluctuate or change depending on the value of the euro or dollar at the time of sale.

Buyer are responsible for the payment of postage fees which may apply.


Method of delivery will vary dependent on the cost of goods purchased:

  • for transactions under RM50 or below 1kg, we will deliver goods via Normal Parcel of Pos Malaysia.
  • for transactions RM50 or up 1.5kg and above, we will deliver goods via City Link Courier Delivery.
At present we can only deliver on a Thursday and Saturday.

A ‘working day’ is any day which is not a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday in the Malaysia region.

We strongly recommend that, upon receipt, you inspect the goods.

In the unlikely event that we deliver the wrong goods to you or the goods are defective or damaged, please inform us as soon as reasonably possible.

We will not be liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control.

If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered for reasons beyond our reasonable control, you will be contacted as soon as possible at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods (if available) or a complete refund of any sums that you have paid.

Terms & Conditions for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment

1. COD is available for orders above RM50 and for bulky item.
2. Viewing and COD arranged at:

3. Please pay in cash only and do NOT offer cheque or DD.
4. We will finalized the lowest price before meet up; so do not offer us with the lowest price when meet up.
5. Cancelling your COD Order:
If you want to cancel the order, please do so within 10 hours of placing it.

Return/Modify/Cancel

Can I return products I am not fully satisfied with?
To ensure your shopping experience with Amy Sweety Store is completely hassle-free, we provide you the option to return products in a convenient and transparent manner.
To be eligible for returns, the products must be in unused and resaleable condition.
You can place a request for returns through Email at amymypreneur@gmail.com or within 3- days of receiving your product.

Can I cancel the order after it is placed?
While there is no option for customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch through Email at amymypreneur@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.
We will not Refund for cancel the order after payment have been made.
But we can consider to exchange with other items which is same price or higher than what buyer paid.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the ordered size or colour option of a product in your placed order. You may even require to have your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch through Email at amymypreneur@gmail.com immediately.

What if my goods don’t work?
Fortunately, this doesn’t happen very often.
If it does, you can be sure that we’ll be there to help you.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY CHARGES:

Order will be delivered upon receipt of payment.
Delivery options:
*Meet Ups: must really confirm to take the item. Please transfer 5% of the amount.
*By Pos Malaysia: via normal postage
*Delivery can be made by courier services upon buyer's request.
*Delivery charges by courier services will be borne by buyer

Terms of Sale

Every effort is made to describe each item and any flaws found.
Refunds will be considered if I grossly misrepresent the item and under the following conditions:

• Not responsible for loss or damage in shipping (see shipping & handling)

• You must RETURN item in the condition in which it was received-no exceptions!

• Items Sold AS IS-ALL SALES FINAL-NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES APPLY

Return Policy

Kindly contact us within 3 days of receiving your items if you wish to return the item.
The return items must reach us within 14 days from the date of Confirmation Email.
The following conditions apply:-
1. Please note that we will deduct a 20% restocking fees for return items.

Example:Purchase Item RM89.90 – RM 18 (20 % restocking fees) = RM71.90 (Money back)

2. Return items must be in Complete/Original Packing. Items returned Stained, Washed, or Used will NOT be eligible for return.
3. Delivery charges are not refundable and if your items were shipped with free shipping, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund.
4. Delivery cost incurred for returning the items will be borned by the customer.

Defective/Damaged Item Received.

* Buyer MUST Contact us by e-Mail amymypreneur@gmail.com to let us know about the situation within 5 days after you have received the parcel, before any proceeding with any further actions. Return without our approval will not be processed.
* If item is dead on arrival (DOA), buyer MUST contact us by e-Mail nab_sweet@yahoo.com within 72 hours of received item. Any case reported after that will not accept. Except you have a valid reason.
* If your parcel is insured and the item is damage due to mistreatment of the parcel during delivery process, please contact your local post office for compensations.
* Any Defective and Damage item reported after 5 days will not accept. Except you have a valid reason. Otherwise we will not responsible for any compensation.
* Please provide strong evidence using Photos or Videos to demonstrate how the item is Defective or Damage and send to amymypreneur@gmail.com as our reference.
* Upon starting customer service case for a Defective or Damaged item, we will check if your item is covered under our in-house warranty, or by the manufacture/supplier. Warranty steps and standard will vary accordingly. The final decision of Return/Replacement is made by the manufacture/supplier according to warranty.
* Any damage resulted from improper use or lack of maintenance will not be covered in the warranty. All wearable parts (i.e. bumper, tires or motor) are also not covered in this warranty.
* If any compensation or replacements are needed, the return item MUST be well-packed in its original packing. Upon receipt of returned parcel, we will resend the item or refund accordingly.
* We will not be responsible if the return parcel was damaged or lost during delivery. If the item is lost or damaged in shipping we cannot be held responsible so please purchase insurance for the return parcel.
* Shipping & Handling charge; Payment Service will not be refunded.
* Buyer will be responsible for the Return Shipping Postage.
* We WILL NOT responsible for any damaged when there is shipped by POS MALAYSIA.

Wrong Item Shipped by us

* Buyer MUST Contact us by e-Mail amymypreneur@gmail.com to let us know about the situation within 3 days after you have received the parcel, before any proceeding with any further actions. Return without our approval will not be processed.
* Any case reported after 3 days will not accept. Except you have a valid reason.
* Please provide Photos to inform us which wrong item we sent to you.
* Return item MUST be in original unused condition.
* Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will inspect the item for lost and damages. We will then offer you a refund accordingly.
* We will not be responsible if the return parcel was damaged or lost during delivery. If the item is lost or damaged in shipping we cannot be held responsible so please purchase insurance for the return parcel.
* Upon receipt of returned parcel, we will confirm and ship the correct item to you. Or if the item is unavailable, we will also refund the cost to you. However Shipping & Handling charge will not be included.
* If want to claim the return postage, please attached the standard postage receipt with Post Office or Shipping Agent's Company Chop. Otherwise the return postage will not be refunded.

Wrong Item ordered by Buyer

* Buyer MUST Contact us by e-Mail amymypreneur@gmail.com to let us know about the situation within 3 days after you have received the parcel, before any proceeding with any further actions. Return without our approval will not be processed.
* Any case reported after 3 days will not accept. Except you have a valid reason.
* Return item MUST be in original unused condition.
* Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will inspect the item for lost and damages. We will then offer you a refund accordingly.
* We will not be responsible if the return parcel was damaged or lost during delivery. If the item is lost or damaged in shipping we cannot be held responsible so please purchase insurance for the return parcel.
* Shipping & Handling charge; Payment Service charge will not be refund.
* Buyer will be responsible for the Return Shipping Postage.
* Buyer will also be charged 20% Restocking Fee.

Lost Item

* Buyer MUST Contact us by e-Mail amymypreneur@gmail.com to let us know about the situation within 3 days after you have received the parcel, before any proceeding with any further actions. Return without our approval will not be processed.
* Any case reported after 3 days will not accept. Except you have a valid reason.
* We will investigate and recheck our record. This involves comparing the actual weight of the shipped parcel and the weight of each item combine. If we found that it was a mistake made on our side, we will resend the missing item to you.

Parcel return to seller when the parcel is Non Claimed/Reject by Customs (Can't Clearance)/Wrong Address or Wrong Attention person provided etc

* When we received the return parcel, we will inform you the return reason.
* When the item is still in the original condition, we can partial refund the cost to you.
* If there is any damaged to the item you will responsible for the lost and will charging you accordingly.
* Shipping & Handling charge; Payment Service charge will not be refund.
* If there are any penalties from the Post Office, we will also attach a copy of the receipt along with your parcel and will charge you accordingly.
* You are also responsible for the resend Shipping Cost if requested.
* There will be charged 20% Restocking Fee if your order was not resend.
